What an honour it was to go and see!
If you do not know anything about American Idiot then you wont know it does not have much dialogue and it is left to your own individual interpretation of who is the American Idiot. The main cast members and ensemble had amazing vocals and the show made you feel electric. I would highly recommend listening to 21st Century Breakdown.
Leicester Haymarket Theatre have a sharp, clean setting that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the set. The story follows three men who all take different paths into what they think the American life should be like. One becomes a dad at a young age, one joins the army and one takes drugs. All have a hard life and the music really makes you feel what each one goes through.

If you get a chance to see the UK tour I would highly recommend it, especially if you like punk rock music!
